The track comes off of Chesney’s twenty-first studio album Silver Sands Marina and was written by Chase McGill , Matt Jenkins and Jessi Alexander .

Last week, The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum celebrated the opening of its “ Kenny Chesney: Living in Fast Forward ” exhibit presented by Blue Chair Bay Rum.

“Carry On" currently sits at No. 10 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart and No. 8 on the Mediabase chart.
