Russell Dickerson and his wife Kailey will receive the 2026 Angels Among Us award this October for their outstanding commitment and service to the mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

The Dickersons have been dedicated supporters of St. Jude throughout Russell's career. Over the years, they have participated in multiple #ThisShirtSavesLives campaigns, performed at the Bobby Bones Million Dollar Show, visited the hospital to spend time with patients and families, hosted special meet-and-greets and supported sweepstakes campaigns. Russell has also served as an ambassador for the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway, and taken part in numerous patient-focused activities and events. Russell first attended Country Cares Seminar in 2017.

They will receive the award at the 36th annual Country Cares Seminar. This year's invitation-only celebration takes place Oct. 20–21 at the historic Peabody Hotel in Memphis. Night one will consist of the Angels Among Us dinner, featuring Dickerson's signature high-energy set. The following morning, the event will open with a breakfast session and a performance by Anne Wilson, and Night two will round out the Seminar with performances by HARDY and Lauren Alaina .

The Dickersons join an illustrious group of past recipients including Randy Owen, Brothers Osborne, Scotty McCreery, Florida Georgia Line, Lady A, Jake Owen, Brad Paisley, Darius Rucker, Old Dominion and most recent recipient Keith Urban.
